Super Bowl trip

Bears Care, in cooperation with the Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity, announces the Fourteenth Annual “Super Bowl Sweeps” to be held on January 15, 2009. The holder of the winning ticket in “Super Bowl Sweeps” wins the following prize package:

* Four tickets to Super Bowl XLIII to be played on February 1, 2009 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

* United Airlines will provide travel from Chicago O’Hare International Airport to Tampa International Airport in Tampa, FL. Travel dates will be January 29, 2009 and February 2, 2009.

* Hotel accommodations of two rooms for four nights at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort located in Clearwater, Florida.

Proceeds of the Fourteenth Annual Super Bowl Sweeps benefit Bears Care, which supports such organizations as Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity and others. A donation of $30.00 per entry is suggested. Revenues raised through this event generate additional funds for Bears Care. Click here for the official rules.

Since its inception, Bears Care has made charitable distributions in excess of $14 million to over 70 not-for-profit organizations, including the Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity, which has received grants totaling $773,000 from Bears Care.
